美國西岸港口持續壅塞，經過各家船公司協商後，所有往來美國西岸至亞州的貨物徵收港口擁塞費(Port Congestion Surcharges)將延至12月初。

All carriers announced that the Congestion surcharge for all cargoes arriving US West Coast ports will be imposed in early December.
Please be notified that new surcharge - Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) has been impalement on the trade from all U.S. West Coast ports and Canada ports to Asia as below :

From : Any United State West Coast Port (including Canada)
To : All Asia Destinations, Vietnam, India and Middle East as covered by tariff HJSC-300
Amount :
USD 240 per 20' Container
USD 300 per 40' Container
This congestion charge(s) will be applied at the time of the receipt of the cargo (inland or port)
